3. Complete your order and return the order form by post, fax or telephone, or

We invite you to send for our FREE illustrated catalogue, containing 75 colour photographs, and giving much useful information about the care and culture of clematis plants.

We despatch plants by mail order to Europe, and anywhere else where a country’s import regulations permit the importation of plants and compost – sadly this excludes Japan and USA.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
OF MAIL ORDER
Our terms and conditions of business concerning mail order are explained in full in our free catalogue, but here are the key points:
1. Mail order plants
are grown and dispatched in 2 litre pots on 3ft canes in our new sturdy large mail order boxes and are mostly at least 2 years old.
2. Plants are dispatched from February - end November.
No plants are sent out at any other time of the year.
3. Orders are delivered by ParcelForce on 48 hour working day service
and must be signed for upon receipt.
4. In the event of your first choice been unavailable, we would ask you
to state a second choice or select one of the following options:
a) accept our choice as substitute (as close to your first choice as possible);
b) Get a refund for the unavailable plant;
c) Go on a waiting list until the plant becomes available.
5. P&P RATE FOR THE UK, INCLUDING N IRELAND AND ISLE OF MAN:
1-4 Plants - £9.50
5-8 Plants - £11.50
9-12 Plants - £13.00
Over 13 Plants -
(We reserve the right to alter these prices if outside forces dictate.)
P&P RATES FOR CHANNEL ISLANDS, EIRE, & EC COUNTRIES:
Delivery cost is according to weight of order. Approximate prices can be given
on request.
We may be able to send plants to other destinations subject to import/export regulations -
6. Payment must accompany order, either by cheque made payable to CADDICKS
CLEMATIS NURSERY or bought by credit/debit card - Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or Switch. Receipt of your order will be acknowledged within a few days.
